What to send
A correction needs the page URL, the sentence you think is wrong, and a public page that shows the other figure. A rights request needs the work, the URL on this site, and the outcome you want. A general question can be shorter.
I do not route store refunds. Purchases of No Ads or any other in-app item belong to Apple or Google and to the developer of that app. This mailbox does not see those receipts.
There is no web form on purpose. Mail keeps a copy you can forward, and it is the same address printed in the footer of every page.
What a reply looks like
If a store page and this guide disagree, the store page wins and the guide changes. If two stores disagree with each other, both numbers stay and the reply will say so. I do not promise a same-day answer. The editorial page is the rule for that edit.
